Ingredients :
Chopped Spring onion greens -- 1/4 cups
Chipped Spring onions -- 1/4 cups
Green beans -- 1/4 cups
Chopped Ginger -- 1 tsp
Chopped Carrot -- 1/4 cups
Chopped Cabbage -- 1/4 cups
Chopped Green Chili -- 1 to 2 tsp
Corn flour -- 3 tsp
Garlic Paste -- 1 tsp
Soya Sauce -- 2 to 3 tsp
Vegetable Stock-- 3 cups
Oil according to need
Salt for taste
Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot , add garlic ginger and green chilies.
2. Mix well and saute garlic ginger untill the raw flavor is gone.
3. Now add ,chopped carrot, cabbage,spring onion and spring onion greens.
4.Combine all the ingredients and saute for two minutes. we do not overcook the veggies.
5. Now add, vegetable stock and the soya sauce.
6. Mix corn starch in 1/4 cup of water. Then, add this corn starch water in the soup.
7. Mix this well and let the soup simmer for some time.
8. Veg Manchow soup is then ready.
9. Just before serving garnish soup with fried noodles and serve it hot.
